Are temporary workers paid the same salary as a permanent worker? because if the permanent worker has a monthly income, but the temporary worker only works for 1 and a half months then would the temporary worker get paid the whole one and a half month salary or are they given a separately specified salary given that the temporary worker works the same amount as the permanent worker would have worked? and what impact would this have on the permanent workers attitudes? As in if the temporary worker's salary is of a decent amount, then would that convince permanent workers into turning into temporary workers (is that possible?)
