Zero hours Contracts - expert advice from Belinda Newton at The HR Dept Ltd - http://in.a-nut.sh/TheHRDept Don't miss new In a nutshell videos... subscribe by clicking here: http://www.youtube.com/subscription_center?add_user=BEInaNutshell Find out more about this video... ........................................ Zero hours Contracts, In a nutshell. Lately, newspapers and politicians have been screaming loudly about zero-hour contracts claiming, often incorrectly, that they deny workers holiday pay. Used properly, zero-hour contracts allow an employer to manage variations in demand. For example, seasonal attractions peak during school holiday times but are often weather dependent. Being able to plan to have the right number of staff on duty at short notice on a given day makes good busi...
Are temporary workers paid the same salary as a permanent worker? because if the permanent worker has a monthly income, but the temporary worker only works for 1 and a half months then would the temporary worker get paid the whole one and a half month salary or are they given a separately specified salary given that the temporary worker works the same amount as the permanent worker would have worked? and what impact would this have on the permanent workers attitudes? As in if the temporary worker's salary is of a decent amount, then would that convince permanent workers into turning into temporary workers (is that possible?)

I hope this video starts one thinking about who, what, when, where, how, and why the government exists. The BAR operates in fraud and deceit to take your money and cant prove any right to steal when challenged on it from my personal experience. Of course its dangerous to be this far off the reservation as the other Indians do despise me and will despise you if you challenge their belief systems with these truths. Obama care is a great example of a rebellion against the constitution by claiming to have jurisdiction on land outside of Wash D.C. or the U.S.A. owned territorys (which are not any of the several states). First the chief executive branch cannot issue any law (executive orders are fraud)and the Congress is only delegated authority by the people who Congress serves and apparentl...

Professor Rip Verkerke redesigned his first-year Contracts course to have a "flipped" classroom model in which standard lectures are delivered online outside of class, while class sessions are reserved for discussion and group activities. This discussion of the capacity doctrine shows how Verkerke uses real-time polling to shape the class' direction and pace. Verkerke received a University of Virginia Hybrid Challenge Grant to remake the course.

An audit report that included findings that the Dept of Administration has not collaborated with the Dept of Justice to aid them in carrying out the requirements of the state statutes which required them to review all proposed contracts over $1M to ensure contracts are written to protect North Carolina's interest as opposed to benefitting the vendor. They also have not provided guidance to all state agencies on how to monitor contracts to ensure that the State is getting what it pays for with all contracts

GST work contract | Work Contract in GST | works contract will be treated as service and tax would be charged accordingly (not as goods or part goods/part services). This treatment of works contract as service and not as supply of goods will bring in much needed clarification to the works contracts. Under the current regime, different states have different schemes for VAT. There are different composition schemes with different VAT rates. Service tax too is complex with 60% abatement on new works and 30% abatement on repair contracts. GST will solve such with a much simpler straightforward calculation Input Tax Credit is NOT available works contracts services when supplied for construction of immovable property, other than plant and machinery, except where it is an input service for furth...
